We are married and live and work out of our practice in Cardiff. Often we will work together with families and couples to maximise the opportunities for different views and experience in the work we do together.
[su_box title=”Cornonavirus: update on how we are running our practice during this period” box_color=”#0a7d0e”] We are offering all our counselling and psychotherapy services remotely via skype, zoom or telephone sessions, whichever method is most convenient to you. If you are meeting us for the first time we will contact you via phone to discuss arrangements that best suit you. We are experienced at delivering online therapy and supervision and can advise if needed on how to set up a system that will enable us to meet and work effectively together.

We aim to help you achieve the goals and aims you have when you come for therapy. Our many years of experience as psychotherapists enables us to tailor our work together in order to get to the heart of the matter fast. We use effective, flexible and evidence based approaches. New perspectives and changes in how to make sense of things and strategies and experiments in learning to try out new behaviour can have radical and transformative effects.
