Jeff Faris, Systemic Psychotherapist, Clinical Psychologist

My approach

For over 40 years I have been in practice as a Consultant Psychotherapist. Drawing on systemic approaches, and brief solution-oriented therapy  and a background in clinical hypnosis, I try and create a relationship in which we can explore creative ways of addressing painful or difficult problems in living. I am passionate about finding useful and more positive frames to increase options and to explore possibilities for change.
